I think it is a good idea to create a mailinglist so that people receive information about new challenges and stuff like that (only if they want it ofcourse)

that sounds quite great. Such a thing would also not be too difficult to implement....
So be prepared for some changes during the week-end (Mailing-List, Country-Chart, and I hope to get the forum-search working again).
