![]() Germany just had the bad luck that they drove into the canal first. Apparently they were trying to pass similar laws in the UK a little while back but failed due to industry outcry. When I first saw the slashdot article relating to Germany's new laws I couldn't believe what I was reading.... it was like one of their April fools postings but in August. As we all know the whole thing is ludicrous. The 'powers that be' surely know the new laws will do bugger all, yet pass them for the perception of safety while taking away rights (sound familiar - like the scary ooga boogy men the sheeple all have to be fearful of so governments around the world have an excuse to limit basic rights). It's pure bullshit. |

Aha! I pity those who had large shares in SCO too. First it dropped by 50% last year after their claims of code misuse were rejected. Now they drop by another 73% after losing the battle against Novell. Perhaps they'll get delisted from NASDAQ this time ![]() Maybe their objective is to go bankrupt through court procedings and next year they'll try to appeal for a re-ruling ![]() |

German Credit Card numbers? ![]() 110 GB / 100 bytes = more GCC numbers than there live humans on the entire earth! ![]() No, let me have the extra webspace! I'm planning to make a nice TBS exploit/programming challenge! The info should be something like this: Here you have a 110GB source of our security system. Find the exploit! Watch out, the security system changes every 2 seconds, so be quick! |

![]() German Credit Card numbers? ![]() 110 GB / 100 bytes = more GCC numbers than there live humans on the entire earth! ![]() That could be true if there were no protection ![]() But I have encrypted them with my public key and hidden them inside my adult video collection, so really 110GB was just enough ![]() rhican: maybe you can just umount it and tomorrow they'll cry "hackers destroyed our hard disk" ![]() |
